Terms of Service
Last updated: September 22, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Endless Casanova ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Endless Casanova is an AI-powered creative writing platform that generates romance fiction based on user prompts. Content is generated by artificial intelligence and is intended for entertainment purposes only.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
4. Credits & Payments
The Service uses a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable once used. A membership adds 100 scene credits to your balance at the start of each billing period. At renewal, up to 100 unused credits carry over into the next period, and any balance above that is not carried. If you cancel, the credits already in your balance stay usable. The daily free credit is for accounts without an active membership. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with notice.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain rights to your input prompts. AI-generated content is provided as-is. We do not claim ownership of generated scenes, but we reserve the right to use anonymized data to improve the Service.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to generate content that depicts minors, promotes violence, or violates any applicable law. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on generated content.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
